The price varies according to season, the length of stay and the period (high or low season). In principle the villa costs between 160.00 and 230.00 euros per day when the occupants are between 5 and 10 units. When the house is rented from 2 to 5 people, the price of the villa ranges between 70.00 and 150.00 euros. Included in price: bed linen and towels, wood for BBQ, private parking, deck chairs, beds and umbrellas in the garden. A 150 mt. the beach of the lake (free or pay), 200 mt. large pool fee, a 2 km riding, 20 minutes sea, 35 minutes of Roma standard.
